We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of web and mobile applications. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, strategic test planning, and collaboration to maintain high software standards in a fast-paced development environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Ownership & Best Practices Develop and drive test strategies that align with business and technical requirements, ensuring all aspects of the product are thoroughly validated.
• Test Planning & Execution Design and oversee comprehensive test plans for functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing. Identify, document, and track defects while collaborating closely with development teams for efficient resolutions.
• Process Improvement & Best Practices Continuously analyze, refine, and optimize testing methodologies. Introduce test automation, improve test coverage, and establish best practices to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in QA testing for websites, web-based applications, and mobile applications, with a strong focus on accessibility and compatibility testing.
• Familiarity with front-end web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience using Figma, BrowserStack, Jira, Chrome Developer Tools, Firebug, or other developer tools.
• Hands-on experience with CMS and website builder tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Lean, Agile, Scrum) in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
• Ability to identify, analyze, and communicate defects while assisting in resolution.
• Strong understanding of test methodology, engineering principles, and product knowledge in designing test cases and strategies.
• Experience with test automation, API testing, and various testing methodologies to improve QA practices in projects.
• Comfortable collaborating across teams and working in cross-departmental environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and articulate them clearly.
• Passion for continuous learning, staying updated on new tools and processes, and mentoring junior QAs.
• Strong English communication skills, comfortable interacting with US-based stakeholders and global team members.
