Position: Senior Operations & Optimization Analyst (For Business)

Department: Operations Division

Reporting to: Operations Director

Location: Hanoi

I. ROLE OBJECTIVE

As a Senior Operations & Optimization Analyst, you will lead data-driven operational initiatives to enhance GHTKs B2B logistics performance. Your mission is to develop and implement customized logistics solutions tailored to the needs of enterprise clients in industries such as retail, FMCG, and distribution. This role plays a vital part in strengthening GHTKs position as a trusted operational partner for large-scale businesses.

II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Analyze and optimize B2B logistics operations

  • Analyze performance data across transport, warehousing, and fulfillment (e.g., SLA, cost-to-serve, productivity).
  • Propose and implement solutions to improve efficiency and service quality tailored to specific customer segments.

2. Design and implement customized logistics models

  • Participate in designing operational workflows or business-specific models (e.g., FMCG, electronics, agriculture).
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Tech, and Key Account teams to ensure seamless execution of newly designed solutions.

3. Coordinate cross-functional execution

  • Act as a liaison among Operations, Product, Sales, and Key Account teams to ensure successful implementation of new services.
  • Capture feedback and performance data from real-world execution to drive continuous improvement.

4. Contribute to B2B logistics strategy development

  • Conduct market research and benchmarking of logistics models in key industries.
  • Advise the Head of Operations on long-term optimization projects and customized operational frameworks for enterprise clients.

III. REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelors degree or higher in Logistics, Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics analysis, operations optimization, or fulfillment strategy at a logistics company or large-scale B2B business.
  • Prior experience at domestic or FDI logistics firms is highly preferred.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and analytical tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau); Python/R is a strong plus.
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
