THIENTU BPO&HR looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Executive to support our online marketing efforts, focusing on social media, content creation, ad campaigns, and design.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media & Content
  • Assist in creating social media posts for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Write engaging captions and ad copy for campaigns.
  • Design banners, simple graphics, and ads using Canva or Photoshop.
• Advertising & Campaigns
  • Support in setting up and managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Help track campaign performance and optimize for better results.
• SEO & Website Updates
  • Assist in optimizing website content, keywords, and blog posts for SEO.
  • Work with the team to track website traffic using Google Analytics.
• TikTok & Video Marketing
  • Contribute ideas for TikTok video content related to home services.
  • Assist in editing and posting short videos for social platforms.
• Reporting & Analysis
  • Monitor and track engagement, ad performance, and traffic data.
  • Prepare basic reports and insights for the marketing team.

Requirements

• 6 months - 1 year of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok marketing.
• Skills in Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
• Fluent in English, Chinese is a plus.
• Familiarity with SEO and Google Analytics is an advantage.
• Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.
