Recruitment Specialist (Mass hiring)

 Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing and Screening (50%)
    • Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.

    • Conduct initial phone screens and assess candidates' suitability based on job requirements.

    • Maintain an updated candidate database.

    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

  • Recruitment Process Management (30%)
    • Collaborate with account managers to understand client needs and ensure seamless service delivery.

    • Organize and conduct on-site and off-site recruitment activities, including job fairs, university programs, and online assessments.

    • Negotiate offer packages with selected candidates.

    • Manage the onboarding process for new hires.

  • Employer Branding (20%)
    • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.

    • Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent.

    • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in mass recruitment, preferably in a BPO company.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS).

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in sourcing and engaging passive candidates.

  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

  • Fluency in English (or Mandarin Chinese): Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (or Mandarin Chinese).
