Job Description
You will be responsible for project management, including planning, coordination, and ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, scope, and quality standards. You will oversee all aspects of the project, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress, and prepare reports for management and stakeholders. Specifically:
1. Project Initiation and Setup

Define initial project information including objectives, requirements, project team and roles, master plan, and communication plan.

Establish the Statement of Work (SoW) list of all tasks required for the project.

Identify stakeholders and prepare stakeholder management plan.
2. Project Planning & Design
-
Develop implementation plan, define project criteria, objectives, and deliverables.

Create a detailed resource and cost estimation.

Prepare a risk management plan for the project.
-
Coordinate with partners, related departments, and clients to align on the project plan and scope.
3. Project Execution & Monitoring
-
Lead and monitor development/implementation activities to meet project goals.

Monitor implementation progress against the plan.

Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and according to the approved plan.

Manage stakeholders and deliverables to ensure alignment with project objectives.

Handle changes and issues throughout the project.

Report project progress to the Board of Management and stakeholders.
4. Project Closure

Evaluate project results based on established criteria.

Carry out final acceptance procedures with stakeholders.

Complete all necessary project closure documentation.
Job Requirements
-
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
-
Preferably certified in project management (PMP, PSM, CMS, etc.).

At least 5 years of experience in IT project management on the vendor side (B-side), in software or IT infrastructure projects.

Experience in managing projects for Banking/Finance or Government sector clients.
-
Proven experience managing software development teams of 1020+ members.

Ability to quickly learn and grasp system knowledge and key technical/technology points.

Good understanding of software architecture design ensuring reliability, maintainability, portability, and code efficiency.

Proficient in Microsoft Project / Jira.

Solid knowledge of project management and implementation processes.

Experience with software development methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile/Scrum.

Understanding of best practices in software project development and implementation.
-
Strong organizational, leadership, and team-building skills.

Proficient in planning, monitoring, and progress control.
-
Capable of managing scope, cost, and project timeline.

Excellent stakeholder management skills.
-
Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
-
Good command of English, especially technical English.
