This is an on-site job and the ideal candidate will possess good command in English and Vietnamese languages and able to communicate effectively in writing

Functional Responsibilities:

Carefully read and comprehend the context of the given relevant documents.

Ensure translated content conveys original meaning, tone and accurate translation

Respond to orders received: correct information and product code.

Streamline order preparation processes to facilitate smooth handover to production.

Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries in the USA and customers (dentists), addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Respond for all customers emails.

Provide timely responses to customer inquiries via multiple channels, maintaining a high level of service.

Perform other duties as assigned in the departments

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and consistency.

Good English (especially in Reading and Writing) and fluent in Vietnamese.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Decent computing skills.

Able to work on 3 rotatable shifts (1st: 6am - 2pm, 2nd: 2pm - 10pm, 3rd: 10pm - 6am the next day), changing once per month.

Able to work on public holidays
