What Youll Be Doing

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will be responsible for executing the end-to-end recruitment process with a primary focus on mass hiring for customer service, telesales, and operational roles while also handling back-office hiring for essential business support functions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Mass Recruitment (70%)

    • Design and implement large-scale recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for high-volume roles such as customer service agents, telesales representatives, and frontline staff.
    • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through job portals, recruitment agencies, career fairs, and social media channels.
    • Develop innovative sourcing techniques to target the right candidates efficiently.
    • Conduct bulk interviews, assessment centers, and streamlined hiring processes to meet hiring demands quickly.
    • Collaborate with team leaders and operations managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
  • Back-Office Recruitment (30%)

    • Handle recruitment for administrative, HR, finance, and other corporate support roles.
    • Partner with department heads to understand the required skills and competencies for each role.
    • Manage the hiring lifecycle, from job posting and screening to interviews, negotiations, and onboarding.
    • Ensure a great candidate experience by maintaining smooth communication and providing timely feedback.
  • Recruitment Operations & Process Optimization

    • Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and reduce time-to-fill.
    • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate hiring data.
    • Analyze hiring metrics to measure the effectiveness of different recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Who We Are Looking For

  • 6months - 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, with a strong focus on mass hiring.
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality hires.
  • Experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple hiring demands simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Agile, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
