Talent Acquisition Team Lead

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Team Lead to take charge of both mass recruitment and back-office hiring projects, while managing client communication and leading a small team of recruiters. Location: 145B Nguyen Dinh Chinh, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City
Salary Range: 15-18 million VND (Gross)

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Screening (40%)

  • Lead and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels: job boards, social media, referrals, and events.

  • Oversee and participate in initial screening and shortlisting processes.

  • Maintain and monitor candidate pipelines in ATS and databases.

  • Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups with internal stakeholders and clients.

End-to-End Recruitment Execution (30%)

  • Manage full recruitment cycles for both mass hiring and back-office positions.

  • Plan and host recruitment events (job fairs, campus drives, online assessments).

  • Handle offer negotiations and onboarding coordination for selected candidates.

  • Track recruitment metrics to ensure timely and high-quality hiring delivery.

Client Communication & Recruitment Projects (20%)

  • Act as the main point of contact for client accounts related to recruitment.

  • Align recruitment plans with client expectations, deliver progress reports, and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Build long-term partnerships through consistent, high-quality service and responsiveness.

Team Leadership (10%)

  • Directly manage 2 Talent Acquisition team members, supporting their daily activities, training, and development.

  • Set performance expectations, review KPIs, and provide coaching for continuous improvement.

  • Foster a collaborative and goal-oriented team environment.

  • Other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, with proven success in mass and back-office hiring.

  • Prior experience in a team leader or supervisory role.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in passive sourcing and headhunting techniques.

  • Understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.

  • Fluency in English or Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
