Job Description

  • Ideate and produce advertising and promotional videos for real estate projects, as well as internal company activities and events.

  • Film, edit, cut, adjust audio, add effects, and finalize complete video content based on available project renders/images or on-location shooting when needed.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Department to develop content for social media channels (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) related to real estate projects and company branding.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

  • College degree or higher in Multimedia Communications, Marketing, Graphic Advertising, or related fields.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Video Editor position.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Audition (or equivalent video/audio editing tools).

  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for image editing is a plus.

  • Familiarity with professional video shooting and photography equipment; experience using flycams is a strong advantage.

  • Understanding of video, image, and audio copyright regulations.

Creative & Organizational Skills

  • Strong creative thinking with a good sense of visual composition, lighting, and music.

  • Ability to organize and support event production.

  • Able to work under pressure, willing to work overtime or travel when required.

  • Growth mindset, self-learning ability, and good team spirit.

Language Skills

  • English communication skills (basic to intermediate) are required for internal collaboration and content understanding.
