Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Developer (Python & NodeJS) to lead our development team, contribute to building and optimizing web applications, and ensure project quality and delivery.

• Establish and maintain coding standards and development processes.

• Develop, optimize, and maintain web applications.

• Lead, mentor, and delegate tasks to developers.

• Conduct code reviews and oversee quality assurance (QA).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for planning and execution.

• Advocate and implement best practices, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and NodeJS.

• Experience in web application development and maintenance.

• Ability to lead a team, mentor developers, and conduct code reviews.

• Strong knowledge of best practices and quality assurance processes.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a hybrid setting (on-site & remote).

• Project management experience and familiarity with Agile/Scrum and DevOps are a plus.
