Telesales agent (night-shift)
Job Description:
1. Job Description
Conduct outbound telesales calls during night shift hours to introduce and sell products, mainly targeting international markets.
Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints via phone, online chat, and email; provide appropriate customer care and sales support.
Support product promotion through telemarketing and customer outreach activities suitable for night‐time markets.
Qualify potential customers and transfer high-quality leads to the partners order-handling team.
Update, maintain, and ensure accuracy of customer information in Company As CRM database.
Perform consultation and customer care calls based on assigned programs.
Participate in professional and soft skills training; training period is counted as part of the probation (paid at 85% of total salary).
2. Requirements
Minimum College degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Fluent English communication with proof of proficiency (IELTS 5.0 / Aptis B2 or equivalent).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (MOS).
At least 12 months of telesales experience, preferably with international customers or prior night-shift roles.
Experience in B2B consulting and working with CRM systems.
Experience in the beauty/cosmetics industry; experience in the nail industry is a strong advantage.
Strong listening skills, customer service mindset, and effective information-handling ability.
Solid sales-closing and objection-handling skills.
Proactive, open-minded, cooperative, persistent, responsible, and committed to long-term work.
Able to work consistently during night shifts.
