HR Manager

 Job Description:

Position: Human Resources Manager

1. HR System Development & Workforce Planning

  • Develop HR strategies and workforce development plans aligned with the companys business strategy and long-term goals.

  • Design the companys organizational structure; define clear functions and responsibilities for each department; develop accurate and effective job descriptions for all positions.

  • Establish and continuously improve HR-related policies, regulations, procedures, and internal rules to ensure efficient human resource management.

2. Recruitment, Training & Talent Development

  • Develop recruitment procedures, manpower plans, and recruitment budgets in line with company policies and cost structures.

  • Plan, implement, and monitor recruitment processes to ensure talent acquisition aligns with company culture and job requirements.

  • Build and promote the companys employer branding strategy.

  • Develop and implement training and employee development policies.

  • Propose and organize training programs aimed at enhancing employee competencies and developing management succession pipelines.

3. Compensation, Benefits & Performance Evaluation

  • Design and manage compensation, benefits, and reward systems to ensure fairness, motivation, and competitiveness.

  • Develop salary structures based on competency frameworks and establish KPIs for each department in alignment with business strategy.

  • Monitor and update HR policies in accordance with the latest labor and insurance regulations.

4. Corporate Culture Development

  • Promote and communicate the companys culture and core values to all employees.

  • Design and execute corporate culture development programs to strengthen employee engagement and organizational identity.

5. General HR Administration

  • Oversee and manage employment contracts, personnel records, HR processes, and documentation across the employee lifecycle (from recruitment to termination).

  • Provide ongoing HR support to staff, ensuring timely resolution of HR-related issues.

  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions fairly and in compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Requirements

  • Age: 30 40 years old.

  • Education: College or Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.

    • Preference for candidates with advanced HR certifications (CHRM, HRBP, etc.).

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an HR Manager position in companies with 100300 employees.

  • Expertise:

    • Strong understanding of HR strategy, organizational management, performance management, and corporate culture development.

    • Proven strength in recruitment and talent acquisition.

  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and motivational skills.

  • Personal traits: Systematic thinking, integrity, reliability, and strong influence within the organization.

Working Conditions

  • Working hours: 8:30 AM 6:00 PM (Lunch break: 12:00 PM 1:30 PM).

  • Working days: Monday to Saturday morning.

  • Office location: Room 4023, C5 DCapitale Building, 119 Trần Duy Hưng Street, Trung Hòa Ward, Cầu Giấy District, Hanoi.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: 30,000,000 40,000,000 VND/month (Base salary + KPI bonus).
