HR Supervisor

 Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Employer Branding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment to ensure timely and quality hiring.

  • Participate in interviews, conduct reference checks, and maintain candidate databases.

  • Manage job postings, recruitment costs, and improve hiring processes.

  • Organize job fairs, campus recruitment, and employer branding activities.

  • Conduct exit interviews and manage Management Trainee programs.

Training & Development

  • Organize onboarding and induction programs for new employees.

  • Coordinate training needs with managers and deliver internal training programs.

Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

  • Handle timekeeping, payroll, tax, insurance, and labor contracts.
    Maintain accurate employee records and advise employees on HR policies.

Employee Relations & Performance Management

  • Support disciplinary processes and performance management cycles.

  • Collect, analyze performance results, and support employee engagement activities.

  • Coordinate company events and employee benefits with Trade Union.

HR Operations & Reporting

  • Supervise HR team members and ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Manage HR data and SAP processes for Grade 3 and above.

  • Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, weekly reports).

  • Support Store Managers in workforce planning and productivity improvement.

Job Requirements

  • University/College degree.

  • Minimum 4 years of HR experience; 2–3 years in recruitment.

  • Supervisory experience is a plus.

  • Knowledge of Vietnam labor laws and recruitment channels.

  • Ability to handle multiple hiring needs.

  • Good English communication skills.

  • Willing to work shifts and public holidays.
