Telesales Executive

 Job Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Achieve inside sales team monthly and quarterly quotas

  • Enter self-serve leads information in Salesforce

  • Identify and close opportunities for self-serve accounts

  • Perform regular call out to self-serve accounts to drive adoption of Grab for Business solutions

  • Ensure assigned self-serve accounts are being serviced properly

  • Upsell solutions to existing GfB client base

  • Provide reports to manager regularly and/or as requested

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 6 months working experience in a tele business / telesales environment

  • Professional proficiency in Vietnamese and basic proficiency in English (both written and verbal)

  • Prior experience in handling corporate clients in Vietnam

  • Basic Microsoft Ofice (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) and Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs) skills
