Telesales Executive
Job Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Achieve inside sales team monthly and quarterly quotas
Enter self-serve leads information in Salesforce
Identify and close opportunities for self-serve accounts
Perform regular call out to self-serve accounts to drive adoption of Grab for Business solutions
Ensure assigned self-serve accounts are being serviced properly
Upsell solutions to existing GfB client base
Provide reports to manager regularly and/or as requested
JOB REQUIREMENTS
At least 6 months working experience in a tele business / telesales environment
Professional proficiency in Vietnamese and basic proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
Prior experience in handling corporate clients in Vietnam
Basic Microsoft Ofice (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) and Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs) skills
