Recruitment Consultant (Fresh/Experienced)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination and offer management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing effective recruitment solutions.
  • Persuade and influence candidates by establishing trust, credibility, and showcasing opportunities as the best fit for their career growth.
  • Work under pressure to meet recruitment targets and deliver timely results despite challenges.
  • Adapt quickly to new requirements, industries, and changing priorities, maintaining flexibility and openness to new ideas.
  • Consistently set and achieve challenging recruitment goals, ensuring performance excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong interest in people, recruitment, and business growth.
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player in a collaborative environment.

Required Skills

  • From 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, with prior recruitment (internal/external) experience strongly preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with an interest in recruitment are welcome to apply
  • Proven ability to build trust, credibility, and convince candidates/clients effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with intermediate/conversational English proficiency.
