The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for attracting, sourcing, assessing, and hiring high-quality talent across the organization. This role works closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, manage end-to-end recruitment activities, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience in support of Thientu BPO’s growth strategy.
Recruitment & Hiring
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing through offer acceptance and onboarding handover
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring timelines
- Develop and post compelling job advertisements across appropriate recruitment channels
Proactively source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals,
networking, and direct searchScreen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate and participate in interviews, assessments, and selection processes
- Prepare and manage job offers in alignment with company policies and market benchmarks
Talent Sourcing & Employer Branding
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Support employer branding initiatives to position Thientu BPO as an
employer of choice- Engage with passive candidates and nurture long-term talent relationships
- Represent the company at career fairs, recruitment events, and hiring campaigns when required
Stakeholder Management
Act as a trusted recruitment partner and advisor to hiring managers
Provide guidance on recruitment best practices, talent market trends, and candidate availability- Ensure timely communication and feedback to stakeholders and candidates
Candidate Experience & Compliance
Deliver a professional, inclusive, and positive candidate experience at every stage
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws, data protection regulations, and internal policies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire
Provide regular recruitment reports and updates to HR leadership
Identify and implement improvements to recruitment processes, tools, and sourcing strategies
