Senior telesales (night-shift)

- Conduct outbound calls (Telesales) to customers to introduce and sell sterilizer machines/autoclaves (products related to the nail industry).
- Receive and handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints; perform customer care and sales activities via phone calls, online chat, and email.
- Support product promotion through telemarketing activities.
- Successfully transfer qualified customers to the partners order processing department.
- Update customer information into the companys database.
- Carry out consultation and customer care calls for specific campaigns.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Provide training for new staff when necessary.
- Supervise Telesales agents.
- Ensure all KPI targets are achieved.
- Training period: counted as probation period (85% of total salary).
Candidate Requirements
Agent Qualifications
- Minimum education: College degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Fluent in English communication; must provide certification equivalent to IELTS 5.0 or Aptis level B2.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS).
Professional Skills
- At least 12 months of telesales experience.
- Experience in B2B consultation and sales.
- Experience working with CRM systems and customer information management.
Industry Experience
- Experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- Experience in the nail industry is a strong advantage and will be prioritized during interviews.
Soft Skills
- Strong listening and customer care skills, with the ability to effectively receive and process information.
- Strong closing skills and effective objection-handling.
- Good management and organizational skills.
Attitude Requirements
- Proactive in coordinating with supervisors and managers.
- Willing to communicate, share ideas, and make constructive proposals.
- Persistent, disciplined, and committed to the job.
