Talent Acquisition Executive
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing and Screening (45%)

Source and attract qualified candidates via job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals.

Conduct phone screenings to evaluate candidate suitability based on job requirements.

Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

Manage both internal recruitment projects (mass and back-office hiring) and external headhunting assignments for clients, ensuring proper alignment with organizational goals and service quality.
Recruitment Process Management (25%)

Manage the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring timely and high-quality hires.

Organize and participate in recruitment events such as job fairs, virtual sessions, and university outreach programs.

Support the offer stage and onboarding procedures for selected candidates.

Ensure hiring activities align with service expectations, internal SLAs, and compliance standards.
Client Communication & Coordination (20%)

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned internal stakeholders and external clients throughout the recruitment process.

Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to clarify hiring needs and provide recruitment updates.

Share market insights, sourcing feedback, and hiring recommendations.

Proactively address recruitment-related challenges and deliver timely solutions.
Employer Branding & Internal Communication (10%)

Support the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to strengthen the companys market presence.

Manage and create recruitment marketing content (e.g., job ads, social media posts, event materials) to attract talent.

Partner with internal teams to enhance employee engagement and communication through newsletters, events, and internal campaigns.

Represent the company in external events, online communities, and talent forums to promote brand awareness.
Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, with proven expertise in mass and back-office hiring (internal) and/or headhunting (external).

Solid understanding of sourcing strategies, recruitment pipelines, and ATS tools.

Proficiency in Google Workspace and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Self-driven, adaptable, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in passive candidate sourcing and talent mapping.

Familiarity with local labor laws and compliance.
-
Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in employer branding or internal communications is a plus.
