Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and NodeJS.

• Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices.

• Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to quality assurance protocols.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to deliver on project goals.

• Participate in project planning, execution, and performance monitoring.

• Contribute to process improvements and technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python and NodeJS.

• Proven experience in web application development and maintenance.

• Demonstrated ability to lead development teams and conduct code reviews.

• Solid understanding of software development best practices and quality assurance.

• Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment (on-site and remote).

• Experience in project management is a plus.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
