Sales Acquisition

 Job Description:

Acquisition: As part of SEA SMB team, this role is responsible for VN market with below details

  1. Planning and approaching VN B2B segment - Focus in SMB corporates

  2. Building sales funnel to achieve the acquisition target

  3. Making initiatives to fasten Sales process and utilize resource

  4. Gathering market trend and competitor activities to proposed proper reaction plan

  • Day-to-day execution

  1. Verify inbound leads (80%)

  2. Build outbound pipeline (20%)

  3. Pitching with B2B clients

  4. Close deal and onboard new clients (Including documentation)

  • Report & Stakeholder

  1. Report to Regional Sales Manager/Sales Lead.

  2. Stakeholder: Business, Grab Support, Finance, Collection, Operation & Support Deps.

  • Learning and Development:
    1. An on the job training sessions will help you familiarize yourself with the position

    2. SMB LnD program to boost your sales skills & Soft Skill. Your manager will also provide guidance for your early stage of career development.

    3. Self learning hub is available for you to proactively improve your skill set.

The Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree with at least 1-3 years of Sales, Telesales, Customer service in related industry. B2B Sales experience is an advance

Should have demonstrated integrity, discipline and respect in the performance of their duties.

Must be able to work independently and think strategically when approaching tasks.

Coachable attitude. Should be willing and able to learn about the business platform, business’s multiple products, processes and stakeholders very fast.

Communication: Strong and effective communicator with good presentation and speaking skills who can verbally and visually articulate their point of view clearly and succinctly.

Comfortable with data analysis (MS Office, Google Docs / Sheets / Slides)
