As a Microsoft Dynamics AX developer, your responsibilities involve creating customized software based on the Microsoft Dynamics AX framework, writing code using a variety of programming languages, and managing the Dynamics AX system for organization.

• Assist end-users and clients in requirements, while provided advice on the best solutions available.

• Ensure 60% actual delivery time for development tasks/features (Over fortnight development sprint period; Over 52 weeks).

• Maximum 16 hours overall accomplish time: issue created time to issue resolved time, per issue.

• Maximum 15% re-do/Re-work counts in one requirement (Over fortnight development sprint period; 52 weeks period).

Tối đa 15% hạn chế việc phải làm lại nhiều lần cho một yêu cầu (mỗi 14 ngày, mỗi 52 tuần).

• Maximum 15% number of Bugs reported during the Test (Over fortnight development sprint period; 52 weeks).

Tối đa 15% lỗi khi thực hiện kiểm thử (mỗi 14 ngày, mỗi 52 tuần).

• Maximum 5% critical Bugs vs. Total Bugs found. Severity rating (Over fortnight development sprint period; 52 weeks).

• Ensure 90% number of issues solved/2 weeks.

• Ensure 80% number of critical issues solved/2 weeks.

• Ensure 7 story points deliveries/development sprint.

Education | Experience

Học vấn | Kinh nghiệm

• Bachelor degree from Business Information System, Information Technology.

Bằng cấp liên quan đến nghiệp vụ công nghệ thông tin.

• At least 2 to 4 years' experience of technical consultation or software implementation.

Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm mảng phát triển phần mềm.

• Hands on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3.

Trực tiếp thự hiện trên MS Dynamics 2012 R3.

• Very high proficiency in Dynamics AX Development and customization aspects (X++ programming, MorphX Solution Development, AIF, Enterprise Portal).

Nắm rõ việc cấu hình, tùy chỉnh trên MS Dynamic AX và các ngôn ngữ lập trình liên quan.

• Good proficiency in Solution architecture and design concepts.

• Should be able to debug issues.

• Very high proficiency in Technical and deployment architecture of Dynamics AX.

• Proficiency in reports development using SSRS.

Có khả năng làm báo cáo bằng SSRS.

• Experience in .NET programming.

Biết ngôn ngữ .Net.

• Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 modules like General Ledger, Account Receivable, Accounts Payable, Sales & Marketing, Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Retail.

Nắm bắt các phân hệ: GL, AR, AP, S&M, P&C, IM, R.

• Knowledge of deployment of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3.

Có hiểu biết về triển khai Dynamic 2012.

• Microsoft Dynamics certificates are preferred.

Có các chứng chỉ cần thiết của MS.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and troubleshooting skills.

Có khả năng giao tiếp, trình bày, và giải quyết vấn đề.

• Good communication skills in English.
