Job Description:
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and multi-channel campaigns; manage social media and community engagement.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, website analytics, and optimize based on insights.
- Create high-quality digital content with consistent brand messaging (blogs, articles, social media, email, whitepapers).
- Collaborate with technical teams to produce technical content, case studies, and thought-leadership materials.
- Support employer branding through recruitment content and culture-driven initiatives.
- Manage website updates, apply SEO best practices, and coordinate technical improvements.
- Produce marketing assets and manage email marketing and automation workflows.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience with proven results; tech/B2B or employer branding experience preferred.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English and Vietnamese; ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Data-driven, analytical, creative, and able to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency with key digital tools (Google Analytics/Ads, Facebook/LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools, CMS, automation platforms).
- Strong teamwork, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
