Sales Manager

 Job Description:

Position: Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop business plans and sales strategies for all branches within the assigned area.

  • Be responsible for the overall business performance and operational results of all branches under management; monitor and drive implementation of business solutions.

  • Identify and propose suitable locations for new branches; expand the branch network in line with business development plans.

  • Train and coach new employees on product valuation and appraisal in accordance with company policies and standards.

  • Review and approve asset valuation and loan application information within delegated authority.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, landlords, and local authorities in the managed area.

  • Organize marketing and sales promotion activities to boost revenue and enhance the companys competitiveness within the assigned area.

  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure operational compliance and service quality at branches.

  • Supervise and handle debt collection processes and liquidation procedures for overdue loans in accordance with company regulations.

  • Participate in recruitment and training of staff for branches to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.

  • Establish and strengthen partnerships with business partners, networks, and collaborators to drive sales growth in the area.

  • Conduct market surveys and provide strategic recommendations to improve products, services, and business performance.

Requirements:

  • Age: 30 years old and above.

  • Bachelors degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar managerial role, preferably in the financial or banking sector.

  • Proven experience managing multiple branches or sales offices.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and strategic planning skills.

  • Ability to train, lead, and motivate teams effectively.

  • Experience working with local government and authorities.

  • High integrity, responsibility, and teamwork spirit.
