The Job:

• Manage the offices IT administrative and technical support (user size 100 pax)
• Lead internal cloud-based solutions and projects - from cloud architecture design, planning, development to implementation and specifications
• Work closely with the management team and develop overall IT directions and strategies that align with the companys long-term and short-term goals
• Collaborate with various internal and external parties and involve in developing and launching new products/ services/ solutions
• Review and provide recommendations on internal IT support procedures, capacity planning and incident management.

The Person:

• Bachelors Degree in IT related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in IT infrastructure with 2 years as managerial/ supervisor role
• Good understanding of data center operation, incident management and public cloud as well as network switches, IPS/IDS, Firewall, storage systems, HCI/ HPC and OS like Linux, Windows and Mac
• Hands on experience in networking with CCNA or above certification is required
• Additional certifications in AWS / Azure is a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of verbal and written English & Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
