Responsibilities:

• Process transactions for customers including deposits, withdrawals and transfers with excellent customer service provided
• Maintain accurate records and balance cash drawers daily
• Adhere to bank policies and procedures and support the branch operations

Requirements:

• At least five grades pass in HKCEE/ HKDSE, including Chinese/ English and Mathematics
• At least one year of related experience of customer service/contact center/front-line sales/banking industry
• Attention to detail and accuracy along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
