We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Chinese Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at a premium alcoholic beverage company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with a focus on the luxury market. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Chinese-speaking clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring a high-end customer experience.
The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills in Mandarin and English, a passion for luxury products, and a deep understanding of the premium alcoholic beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to target Chinese-speaking clients and drive revenue growth.
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and key partners in the luxury beverage sector.
 - Provide expert advice on the product range, offering personalized recommendations to clients.
 - Handle all aspects of the sales cycle, from initial inquiry to closing the deal and post-sale follow-up.
 - Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
 - Manage and grow the customer base by conducting regular follow-ups and offering tailored product suggestions.
 - Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotional activities
 - Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring a seamless and premium client experience.
 
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1years of experience in sales or luxury retail (experience in the beverage industry preferred).
 - Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
 - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
 - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 - Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
