 Job Description:

Our client is the leading Property Management Group and they are looking for a Manager, C&B to join their HR team:

Job Purpose:

  • Develop and direct implementation of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Monitor competitive trends in compensation and benefits and evaluates alternatives and costs. 
  • Develop and recommend benefits programs, salary policy lines, administrative procedures, incentives, bonuses, stock options, and other special payment plans for specific segments of the population. 
  • Monitor the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs and recommend modification to reduce costs and improve delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Create employee salary structures and benefits programs with financial, market, and legal insights.
  • Develop and implement employee incentive programs, ensuring legal compliance.
  • Assist in designing executive compensation program with financial and regulatory analysis.
  • Support annual payroll and benefits reviews, providing analysis and drafting management tools and communications.
  • Develop and test data collection tools for HR.
  • Communicate action plans, align them with organizational goals, and motivate the team.
  • Set and achieve performance objectives using performance management systems.
  • Identify development needs and provide training or coaching.
  • Deliver and analyze budgets within the organization.
  • Help develop and monitor implementation of organizational procedures.
  • Prepare briefings for external consultants and monitor outcomes and recommend actions if necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or higher is a must;
  • Over 8 years experience in C&B / HR is desirable;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience of supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes.
