Responsibilities

• Proactively source new brands in an opportunistic environment, develop existing relationships, and foster new ones.
• Identify new brand and product opportunities, implement strategies to secure them, and expand the brand portfolio aggressively.
• Analyze online sales reports to assess risks and maximize opportunities for new brands and products.
• Negotiate terms and conditions effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors in the luxury interiors space and stay informed about emerging brands.
• Leverage strong knowledge of the luxury interiors market to source and recommend suitable new brands.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of proven experience in a similar or equivalent role.
• A personal passion for interiors, art, and design.
• Experience in fast-paced environments such as e-commerce, art, design, accessories, or luxury home accessories.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.
• Strong planning and time management skills for prioritizing multiple activities.
• Outstanding organizational skills paired with a creative flair.
