Job Summary:
The Regional Account Director will be responsible for overseeing the strategic growth, client relationships, and execution of high-impact experiential events across the UAE and KSA markets. This role requires a dynamic leader with a passion for innovative storytelling, hands-on engagement, and cutting-edge event management. The Regional Account Director will drive business growth, ensure exceptional client experience, and lead teams across both regions.
Job Specification:
- Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or related field. Masters degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in business development, account management, or experiential marketing within KSA & UAE, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of winning and managing large scale projects, and a strong network of decision-makers in marketing, brand experience, and corporate events.
- Deep understanding of both KSA and UAE markets, cultural nuances, and economic landscapes.
- Experience working with government entities and diverse sectors is a plus.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, team and client management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
