Chinese Speaking Human Resources Manager

 Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Payroll Management:

  • Oversee and manage the entire payroll process for the Jakarta office.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in compliance with local regulations.
  • Handle payroll queries and resolve issues efficiently.

2. Recruitment and Hiring:

  • Lead the recruitment process for various positions within the Jakarta office.
  • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to ensure a strong pipeline of talent.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

3. Administrative Functions:

  • Manage HR administrative tasks including employee records, contracts, and benefits administration.
  • Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Chinese speakers only.
  • Experience in HR, with a strong focus on payroll and recruitment.
  • Excellent understanding of Indonesian labour laws and regulations.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software
  • Fluent in Chinese, Bahasa Indonesia and English.
