Chinese Speaking Human Resources Manager
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Payroll Management:
- Oversee and manage the entire payroll process for the Jakarta office.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in compliance with local regulations.
- Handle payroll queries and resolve issues efficiently.
2. Recruitment and Hiring:
- Lead the recruitment process for various positions within the Jakarta office.
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to ensure a strong pipeline of talent.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
3. Administrative Functions:
- Manage HR administrative tasks including employee records, contracts, and benefits administration.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Chinese speakers only.
- Experience in HR, with a strong focus on payroll and recruitment.
- Excellent understanding of Indonesian labour laws and regulations.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software
- Fluent in Chinese, Bahasa Indonesia and English.
