We are looking for a diligent and reliable individual to join our team as a Night Trade Trading Support Specialist. This role is critical in ensuring smooth and uninterrupted trading activities during the night shift, specifically focusing on US stock trading. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring our trading systems, providing technical support, and resolving any issues that may arise during trading hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor Trading Systems: Ensure the continuous operation of our trading platforms during the night shift, with a focus on US stock trades.
• Technical Support: Provide immediate assistance in case of technical issues such as system failures or computer malfunctions to minimize disruptions to trading activities.
• System Maintenance: Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with technical teams to address any system-related problems.
• Trade Support: Assist with trade execution, ensuring all trades are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Client Support: Provide support to retail clients, addressing any queries or issues related to their trading activities.
  

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in a trading support role is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in the iAsia trading platform is essential. Knowledge of system troubleshooting and technical support is also required.
• Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a high level of reliability, particularly during night shifts.
