We are seeking an experienced and driven On-Trade Sales Manager to manage and grow relationships with hotels, restaurants, and bars within the premium alcoholic beverage sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beverage or hospitality sales with a proven track record in driving revenue and expanding market share.
The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening the company's presence in the on-trade sector, developing strategic partnerships, and driving sales growth. Fluency in English and one other European language is essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key on-trade clients including hotels, restaurants, and bars to drive sales and increase brand presence.

Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.

Create and implement strategic sales plans to increase market penetration and achieve sales targets.

Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the on-trade sector to drive market expansion.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring competitive positioning.

Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with brand goals and market trends.

Organize and execute brand activations, promotional events, and training sessions for on-trade clients.

Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance, market activity, and customer feedback to senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in beverage or hospitality sales (experience in the premium sector is preferred).

Strong understanding of the on-trade sector and premium alcoholic beverage market.
