A leading retail bank is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Banking Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of retail banking clients, with a focus on developing strong, long-lasting relationships that generate revenue and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with a portfolio of retail banking clients
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and cross-selling opportunities
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
• Maintain a deep understanding of the retail banking market and clients' needs
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and bank policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• With IIQE paper 1, 2, 3 & HKSI paper 1, 7, 8
• Minimum of 3 years experience in wealth management
• Familiar with both Investment & Insurance products
• Strong cross-selling, up-selling and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
