 Job Description:

  • Set up a strong and consistent management team and organization chart submitted as part of bidding documentation.
  • A project lead with significant large-scale project experience to ensure the quality and delivery of the service.
  • The project lead must attend the meetings as necessary or as requested.
  • Develop a detailed operational plan to ensure an understanding of the project and should be submitted as part of bidding documentation.
  • Develop all necessary contingency plans and participate in test and readiness exercises and operational rehearsals as will be required by the event test and readiness plans.
