Role Description:
interact directly with customers to listen to concerns, resolve problems, and recommend products
and services according to the needs of each individual Process orders, prepare correspondences
and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Answer customer questions and inquiries via all the channels.
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
Handling the customer request manually or by CRM system.
Required skills -
Work under high pressure, high communication skills, flexible with work shifts.
Qualification:
Bachelors degree
0 - 2 customer service experience
Prefer English speaker
