Accreditation Officer

 Job Description:

  • Process accreditation requests, verify identification, and ensure that all necessary documentation is submitted.
  • Input data into the accreditation system and issue accreditation badges.
  • Handle any discrepancies or issues related to accreditation with professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate records of all accreditation activities.
  • Ability to read and understand accreditation categories.
  • Ability to use laptop and accreditation system.
  • Maintaining exceptional levels of customer service and professionalism
  • Officers are responsible to care, Manage and organize the accreditation center and consumables.
  • Accreditation officers are responsible for maintaining a strong knowledge of the zones/sub-zones including, but not limited to, all entry/exits.
  • Accreditation officers are responsible to be Strong knowledge and understanding of all emergency and evacuation procedures at accreditation center.
  • Identifying and relating problems to their supervisors.
  • Officers are responsible for operate and manage the accreditation center.
  • Officers must be wearing proper uniform and always presenting a neat professional appearance.
  • All personnel must conduct themselves in a professional manner, greeting all event patrons and guests with a positive attitude and courteous behavior to help create a friendly atmosphere.
