Job Summary

Responsible for supervising, monitoring, repairing, and attending to park rides, including boarding and securing passengers, starting rides, and ensuring passengers exit safely.

Responsibilities

A Ride Attendant is responsible for operating amusement park rides and ensuring the safety of the visitors. They perform tasks such as checking safety restraints, giving instructions before the ride, and ensuring that visitors follow the safety rules. Ride Attendants are also responsible for regular inspections and maintenance to ensure that the rides are functioning correctly. Besides, they are responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting in guest inquiries and providing information. The role of a Ride Attendant also involves maintaining a clean and organized ride area, supervising guests during emergencies, and reporting any faults or issues that occur.
