Sales Specialist

 Job Description:

As a Sales Specialist you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and maintaining key accounts within the Saudi hospitality market. Your primary goal is to drive revenue growth and establish long-term partnerships with strategic clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Actively seek out and identify potential new clients in the hospitality industry.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to attract and convert new clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities. (daily/monthly/yearly)
  • Prepare and develop sales quotations.
  • Perform the assigned duties as per the set policies and procedures in order to achieve the department goals.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Understand client needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions.
  • Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.

Sales Pipeline Management:

  • Manage and prioritize the sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue generation.
  • Track sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Forecast sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Use and develop the sales database.

Contract Negotiation:

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure favorable terms for the company.
  • Collaborate with operation, legal, HR and finance teams to finalize contract documentation.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including operations, HR, and finance, to deliver seamless client solutions.
  • Share best practices and knowledge with the sales team to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Assist in preparing promotional campaigns and plan advertising for the plant services or products on different social media platforms.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or account management within the Saudi hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
