Sales Specialist
Job Description:
As a Sales Specialist you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and maintaining key accounts within the Saudi hospitality market. Your primary goal is to drive revenue growth and establish long-term partnerships with strategic clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Actively seek out and identify potential new clients in the hospitality industry.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to attract and convert new clients.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities. (daily/monthly/yearly)
- Prepare and develop sales quotations.
- Perform the assigned duties as per the set policies and procedures in order to achieve the department goals.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Understand client needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions.
- Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
Sales Pipeline Management:
- Manage and prioritize the sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue generation.
- Track sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Forecast sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Use and develop the sales database.
Contract Negotiation:
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure favorable terms for the company.
- Collaborate with operation, legal, HR and finance teams to finalize contract documentation.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including operations, HR, and finance, to deliver seamless client solutions.
- Share best practices and knowledge with the sales team to foster a collaborative environment.
- Assist in preparing promotional campaigns and plan advertising for the plant services or products on different social media platforms.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or account management within the Saudi hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
