Projects Manager - Ride Attendant

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee the operations of ride operators at our amusement park. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in managing large teams and ensuring smooth operations of amusement rides.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement operational strategies for ride operators to ensure guest safety and satisfaction

- Hire, train, and manage a team of ride operators to ensure they are knowledgeable on ride operations and safety procedures

- Create and enforce policies and procedures for ride operators to follow, including daily checklists and maintenance schedules

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication between ride operators and other park staff

- Monitor ride performance and guest feedback to continuously improve operations and guest experience

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to ride operators to ensure high standards are met

- Handle any guest concerns or complaints regarding ride operations and provide timely resolution

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in amusement park operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Knowledge of amusement ride safety regulations and procedures

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on their feet

- Experience in budget management and cost control
