Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise daily operations, ensuring a high standard of service.
- Lead and train a team of waitstaff to provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and ensure timely and accurate service.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in creating and updating service standards and protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the dining area and service stations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 4 -5 years of experience as a waitress or in a similar role, with at least 1 year in a leadership capacity.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of food and beverage offerings and proper service techniques.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
