Captain Waitress

 Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and supervise daily operations, ensuring a high standard of service.
  • Lead and train a team of waitstaff to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and ensure timely and accurate service.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in creating and updating service standards and protocols.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the dining area and service stations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 4 -5 years of experience as a waitress or in a similar role, with at least 1 year in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage offerings and proper service techniques.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
