Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Working to raise purchase requests.
- Following up on creating purchase orders with the procurement department.
- Verifying receipt of all services in the system and following up on the payment process with the supplier.
- Communication with all departments and daily follow-up on the work required for the project operation process.
- Working on the project's annual budget and requests for Petty Cash.
- Administrative work on the project.
- Daily reporting.
- Communicate with internal departments.
Requirements:
1-3 years experience in project planning & budget controlling
