 Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Working to raise purchase requests.
  • Following up on creating purchase orders with the procurement department.
  • Verifying receipt of all services in the system and following up on the payment process with the supplier.
  • Communication with all departments and daily follow-up on the work required for the project operation process.
  • Working on the project's annual budget and requests for Petty Cash.
  • Administrative work on the project.
  • Daily reporting.
  • Communicate with internal departments.

Requirements: 

1-3 years experience in project planning & budget controlling
