Job Summary:
The Doorman is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the safety and
security of our guests and staff. This position requires a vigilant and proactive individual with
exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. As a Doorman, he will be the first point of
contact for visitors and will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all who
enter our establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist guests with luggage and belongings.
Open doors for guests and provide assistance as needed.
Maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring the premises.
Escort guests to their destinations within the establishment.
Provide information and directions to guests.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying potential security threats.
Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
