Marketing Coordinator B2B Technology & Events Focus

A growing IT services firm is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator with a strong background in event marketing to help execute impactful campaigns targeting C-level executives at fast-growing SMBs. This is an execution-focused role where you'll take ownership of logistics, event coordination, and campaign follow-through to support brand awareness and drive new business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute in-person and virtual events such as lunch & learns, speaking engagements, client appreciation events, and webinars
  • Manage full event logistics: venue booking, catering, promotional items, attendee registration, post-event follow-up, and ROI tracking
  • Maintain an event calendar aligned with sales and outreach campaigns
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and external partners to ensure consistency in messaging and branding
  • Assist with digital campaigns including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing tied to events and lead generation
  • Utilize HubSpot to manage contact lists, run campaigns, and monitor engagement
  • Support LinkedIn lead generation initiatives focused on target verticals like professional services and finance
  • Coordinate the development of marketing content and sales collateral with internal and external contributors
  • Help optimize SEO, Google Business profile, and website content
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing coordination, with an emphasis on event management (virtual and in-person)
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects, vendors, and deadlines effectively
  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments
  • Highly organized, detail-driven, and proactive in execution
  • This role requires working from the office with some hybrid flexibility (not fully remote)

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in an MSP, B2B technology company, or marketing agency with SMB clients
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn lead generation and sales enablement
  • Working knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for basic design needs
