Operations Manager (Low Voltage/Telecom-Focused MSP)

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team, specializing in low-voltage environments within our Managed Service Provider (MSP) operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseeing telecom services and low-voltage solutions, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the operational performance of low-voltage systems, including telecom services, network infrastructure, access control, CCTV, and voice solutions.
• Oversee the integration, consulting, and design of network infrastructure and low-voltage projects, such as security systems and audiovisual installations.
• Lead and coordinate a team of technicians and engineers to deliver high-quality services in network integration, CCTV, and access control systems.
• Ensure the successful execution of projects related to network integration, low-voltage installations, and telecom services.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows, enhance efficiency, and improve client satisfaction.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring best practices in hardware and software procurement for low-voltage and telecom solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination across different business units.
• Maintain and enforce operational strategies to improve client satisfaction and service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operations management within a low-voltage/telecom environment, specifically in MSP settings.
• Strong knowledge of low-voltage systems, network infrastructure, telecom solutions, and security systems (CCTV, access control).
• Excellent leadership, team management, and client relationship skills.
• Experience with network integration, security systems, and telecom hardware/software.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities, with a focus on delivering efficient and quality service.
