Project Manager (Low Voltage/Telecom-Focused MSP)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team, specializing in low-voltage environments within our Managed Service Provider (MSP) operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseeing telecom services and low-voltage solutions, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight:
  • Manage and coordinate low-voltage projects, including telecom services, network infrastructure, access control, CCTV, and audiovisual installations.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time, within-scope, and on-budget delivery.
• Team Coordination:
  • Lead and collaborate with technicians and engineers to execute projects effectively.
  • Monitor team performance and provide support to maintain high-quality service delivery.
• Client and Stakeholder Communication:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication of project goals, updates, and outcomes.
  • Address client concerns and adapt plans as needed to meet expectations.
• Vendor and Resource Management:
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software procurement, ensuring compliance with best practices.
  • Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands and maintain operational efficiency.
• Operational Excellence:
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to operational strategies and compliance with industry standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for workflow optimization and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management within a low-voltage/telecom environment, particularly in MSP settings.
• Strong understanding of low-voltage systems, including network infrastructure, telecom solutions, and security systems (CCTV, access control).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with network integration, security systems, and telecom hardware/software.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on efficiency and quality service delivery.
• Exceptional communication skills for client and stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
