The hiring company is an Accounting and Corporate Secretarial firm, looking to hire a Deputy Head of Business Solutions to assist and support the Head of Business Solutions in Singapore.
Job Description
- Support the Head of Business Solutions in establishing and revising corporate strategy that are in line with the company's strategic alignment
- Support the Head of Business Solutions in strategy expansion and improving the effectiveness of the corporate division
- Create and execute quality control techniques and processes for Business Solutions yearly business strategies inclusive of timescales, resource, financials and systems
- Support the Head in formulating and assessing comprehensive corporate objectives and plans for Business Solutions Singapore, Malaysia, China and Hong Kong, which are in line with the company's entire business orientation
- Increasing the earnings of the company
- Responsible with the Head for entire goals sets management and actively evaluate overall performance versus the target
- Active in business growth and increasing advertising profits expectations
- Maintain a pipeline of leads by getting to know your current and prospective consumers' sector and critical contacts
- Engage with potential clients and ensure pricing negotiations and related follow-up are fulfilled from beginning to end
- Undertake the position of Head of Business Solutions during their unavailability and support the Head of Business Solutions with the supervision of the team
- Support the Head of Business Solutions in corporate development and improving the effectiveness of team
- Accountable for the team's overall customer relations and for loss of jobs owing to factors that are in their control such as bad customer relations, inadequate quality of work or production delay
- Execute and plan trainings for staffs to support them in their jobs efficiently
- Establish timely invoicing and accountability for incomplete work. Carry out the full implementation of unfinished costs and be equipped to account for write-offs
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of accounting firm experience in managerial position
- Knowledgeable in taking charge internal assignments and with all staffs
- Knowledgeable in internal functions and report to respective designations
- Excellent knowledge in IFRS, Professional practices framework of IIA and Standard audits are advantageous
- Adaptable to change in working environment
- Energetic attitude, eager to propose new thoughts and exchange ideas
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Experienced in dealing with large regional clients based
