 Job Description:

Our client is a well-established Chinese investment company with a diversified portfolio across multiple industries. As part of their continued business growth, they are looking for a reliable and organised Administrative Executive to support the daily administrative operations of the office and ensure smooth business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support daily office operations.
  • Manage documentation, filing systems and record keeping to ensure proper organisation.
  • Prepare reports, business correspondence and other administrative documents.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Manage office supplies procurement and liaise with vendors when required.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on administrative matters.
  • Ensure company records and documentation are maintained accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support and assist with ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative or office support experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT and Claude will be an advantage.
  • Strong organisational, communication and time management skills.
  • Meticulous, responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
