Our client is currently seeking an Immigration Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of their immigration team and ensure smooth delivery of premium consulting services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the immigration team and ensure efficient workflow.
• Supervise and guide team members, ensuring service quality and compliance with immigration policies.
• Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact for immigration-related matters.
• Review and prepare documentation for immigration applications and ensure accuracy.
• Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and regulatory changes.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity.
• Provide coaching and training to team members to maintain service excellence.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support business operations.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Singapore immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
• Proven experience in managing and leading a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in document preparation and review.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on quality service delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment is an advantage.
