Customer Experience Manager
Job Description:
The hiring company is a lifestyle product manufacturer and retailer and is currently looking for a Customer Experience Manager to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute customer experience projects
- Conduct in depth research and investigations to understand consumer behaviours, demographics and needs
- Conduct brainstorming sessions and workshops and stakeholders using consumer insights and research for development of new ideas
- Support and mentor customer service team in handling related issues and provide effective problem solving
- Monitor team performance and set KPIs and SOPs
- Ensure customer complaints are resolved effectively in a timely manner, while upholding the company reputation.
- Work with internal parties and external partners to execute adhoc projects in the areas of consumer experience.
- Support HODs where necessary
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Customer Service
- Minimum Diploma in business or relevant field
- Creativity and high level problem solving skills.
- IT-savvy
- Experience in project management is a good to have
- Zendesk software knowledge is a good to have
