Our client, a well-established company in the immigration services sector, is seeking an Immigration Presales Consultant to support its growing business. This role will focus on pre-sales activities, providing consultation and immigration expertise to prospective clients. The successful candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of immigration processes and the ability to present complex solutions to clients clearly and persuasively.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their immigration needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct in-depth consultations and presentations on immigration options, helping clients navigate their choices.
• Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into sales, ensuring smooth transitions from inquiry to service delivery.
• Provide accurate information on immigration processes, timelines, and documentation requirements to prospective clients.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing proposals, offering strategic insights and recommendations.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on immigration trends and policies.
• Maintain a detailed understanding of the company's immigration services to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
• Support the development of marketing materials and presentations to enhance the presales process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in immigration consulting, preferably in a presales or client-facing role.
• Strong understanding of immigration processes and requirements across different jurisdictions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Ability to work closely with sales teams to support conversion efforts.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with the ability to prepare professional documents and presentations.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple client interactions and follow-ups.
