Our client is one of the world's leading bedding manufacturer and headquartered in Singapore for its south-east asian operation. They are looking to fill a position of Supply Chain Executive to ensure Demand Planning & Scheduling, Inventory Control, Procurement & Vendor Management and Logistic & Warehouse Management are met.

- Read and response to emails.

- Prepare monthly S&OP

- Work closely with sales coordinators in regards to purchase / Order request, updating of stock availability etc. 

- Coordinate with warehouse operatives in stocktaking, to ensure minimal discrepancy.

- Handle Inbound and outbound of shipments

- Verification on Invoice matters, ensure minimal discrepancy.

- Updating inbound and outbound stocks using excel sheet and SAP accurately.

- Work closely with delivery vendors to ensure goods are being delivered to customers. 

- Liaise with factory and suppliers on any changes in delivery dates, products, pricing, cancellation, etc.

- Administrative (Etc. Filing)

- Process goods movement using SAP system.

- Work closely with suppliers for quotations and material codes.

- Work closely with warehouse personnel to ensure stocks movement and quantity are accurate.

- Plan, manage, and coordinate all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary raw materials and supplies needed.

- Minimize materials data entry error and rectify root cause for any discrepancy.

- Other Ad-hoc duties.

Requirements

• Minimum diploma in logistics / supply chain or equivalent
• Able to converse in English and Mandarin
• Well verse with SAP and Excel

Additional Information:

• West Side (Tuas area)
• 5 days work week
